Mr. Princewill Ojukwu has written a petition to the Inspector General of Police, Abuja, against Don Jazzy and others at large for attempted murder, stealing, unlawful destruction of property, and assault occasioning grievous bodily harm.
According to the petition, Don Jazzy allegedly ordered his thugs at his POP club to beat up Mr. Princewill and even take his life after a misunderstanding that ensued between them.
Don Jazzy was said to have sent SMS days back apologizing and asking for an account number to send money for the hospital bill but Ojukwu says; '' Its not about the money. This could happen to anyone. It is abuse of power and needs to be checked before someone is killed all in the name of the other being a celebrity. Don Jazzy stood there pinging on his blackberry as his thugs beat me up,that is the last thing I remember before I fainted. It....'' See the petition after the cut…
